The Collegium Polonicum as a conference venue
The modern building of the Collegium Polonicum (architect: Tomasz Durniewicz) offers excellent opportunities to hold conferences as well as meetings and other events. The symbolic location near the German-Polish border lends a special character to this conference venue.
The European Union has allocated funds from its PHARE program for the construction of the Collegium Polonicum and supports the cooperation of the CP with the European University Viadrina with program INTERREG II and III.
Financial Contributions have also been made by the governments of Poland and the Federal German State of Brandenburg, the Trust for German-Polish Cooperation and the two universities involved.
