Kinga Wieczorek

We are pleased to announce that Kinga Wieczorek, MA, a PhD candidate at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and a member of the Laboratory for Research on Digitalisation Policy and Governance, has joined the international research team of the Resilient Civil Society (ReCiv) project as a Research Assistant.

The project is implemented by researchers from Queen’s University Belfast, the University of Copenhagen, and the University of Amsterdam. In Poland, the project is coordinated by Agnieszka Vetulani-Cęgiel, PhD, DSc, Associate Professor (UAM). The research was initially launched in nine Western European countries and subsequently expanded to include the Central and Eastern European region.

The ReCiv (Resilient Civil Society) project focuses on examining the resilience of civil society organisations (including NGOs, foundations, associations, and trade unions) in the face of contemporary crises. The researchers analyse how these organisations respond to challenging situations, adapt to changing political conditions, and rebuild their capacity to represent social interests and participate in democratic life.
