The rules and deadlines for admission to degree programs offered at Collegium Polonicum in Słubice vary depending on the level of study and whether the program is conducted jointly with the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder). Joint programs require completing the admission procedures at both universities. We encourage you to review the information below regarding recruitment for individual degree programs:

Recruitment for the Governance of Organizations (Słubice) programme is conducted by Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

The program is designed for candidates interested in organizational management, institutional functioning, and decision-making processes in an international environment. Applicants are required to have English proficiency at a minimum B2 level, and admission is based on secondary school (matura) results.

For international candidates:

  • applicants holding certificates from outside the EU/EFTA/OECD may be required to take an additional entrance exam,
  • in some cases, it is necessary to obtain a statement from Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) confirming eligibility to study in Poland (this does not apply to, e.g., EU, IB, or EB certificates).

Teaching classes in the academic year 2026/2027 start on 12 October 2026.

Admissions for the Polish Studies program (Słubice) are conducted by Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

Admissions begin on 1 June 2026.

Polish Studies (SoP) is a program designed for both international and Polish students who wish to develop their Polish language skills and deepen their knowledge of Polish literature and history. It enables students to gain practical knowledge, professional skills, and social competencies that prepare graduates to enter the European job market. An additional advantage of the program is the opportunity to study two foreign languages — German and English — as well as the possibility of obtaining a double degree from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder).

For international applicants:

  • applicants holding secondary school certificates from countries outside the EU/EFTA/OECD may be required to take an additional entrance examination,
  • in some cases, it is necessary to obtain a statement from the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) confirming eligibility to study in Poland; this does not apply, among others, to certificates from EU countries or to IB and EB diplomas,
  • the required level of Polish language proficiency is A2 (participation in a competency interview verifying language proficiency may be required).

Classes in the 2026/2027 academic year begin on 1 October 2026.

Recruitment for the Master of Digital Entrepreneurship course

Studies conducted jointly by the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan and the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt/Oder at the Collegium Polonicum in Słubice. In order to become a student of the Master of Digital Entrepreneurship, you have to go through an enrolment procedure at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan and the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt an der Oder. In the first step, the recruitment process takes place on the German side and lasts from 1 to 31 May 2026.
