26th International Scientific Conference

On 5–6 February 2026, the 26th International Scientific Conference from the Europe of the 21st Century series will be held at the Collegium Polonicum building.

As every year, the International Scientific Conference from the Europe of the 21st Century series will take place at Collegium Polonicum. This year’s conference theme is “The Resilience of Europe, the European Union, and Its Member States to Security Threats. The Current State and Future Scenarios.”

The conference is organized by the Faculty of Political Science and Journalism of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, in cooperation with Collegium Polonicum.

The event will be attended by scholars from Poland and abroad, as well as representatives of the political sphere and the media, and the ceremony will be opened by: Prof. Tadeusz Wallas, PhD, DSc – Plenipotentiary of the Rector of Adam Mickiewicz University, Chair of the Organizing Committee, Prof. Szymon Ossowski, PhD, DSc (AMU) – Dean of the Faculty of Political Science and Journalism, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań,  Prof. Magdalena Musiał-Karg, PhD, DSc – President of the Polish Political Science Association; Chair of the European Research and Education Centre, Dr Bartosz Jagura – Administrative Director of Collegium Polonicum in Słubice, Marzena Słodownik – Mayor of Słubice, Leszek Bajon – Head (Starosta) of Słubice County
