Mariola graduated from the Polish-German Law Program in 2009. She is also a graduate of Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona (LL.M. in Spanish Law), the University of Washington in Seattle (LL.M. in American Law), and the Poznań University of Economics and Business (studies in accounting and taxation). She is professionally qualified in three jurisdictions: Poland (legal counsel/radca prawny), Spain (abogada), and the U.S. state of Washington (attorney). She also holds the title of Approved Compliance Officer.

Studying two legal systems broadens your perspective on the application of law and can serve as a gateway to practicing the profession abroad. It is important to remain persistent and to take advantage of the opportunity to spend a year abroad through the Erasmus program. Mariola’s passions include surfing, extreme skiing, travelling, and cooking.

One of her most spontaneous decisions during her studies was undertaking an internship in Australia.
